Order processing & delivery costs:

We aim to process all orders within 1 - 4 working days unless the product listing specifies otherwise; we will always dispatch items as soon as they are ready. 

We do our upmost to offer our customers competitive delivery rates and so the cost of shipping is tiered accordingly

International custom fees and taxes

Our store does not charge duty or taxes on your orders; these will therefore need to be paid at your destination by you, the customer. If the relevant governing body require you to do so; they will get in touch with you directly.  

For EU member states we strongly advise getting in touch with your local customs office before placing your order as customs prices can be incredibly high post Brexit.

We can not be held responsibly for any customs charges incurred by our customers.
